Muay Thai is a martial art whose fascination can hardly escape anyone who has started training. The Muay Thai encompasses various aspects, it is both traditional martial art and ultimate competitive sport, but also realistic self-defense.

We see Thai boxing as a martial art and a challenging sport. If you have the same attitude, you are very welcome in training. For recreational athletes who are not interested in competitions, the Muay Thai is ideal as self-defense and physical fitness. Among other things, Thai boxing promotes strength, endurance, coordination and speed. Discipline, self-control and self-confidence are also very important. You treat your training partner with humanity, respect and respect.

1:1 THAIBOX PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you busy and want to do a 1: 1 fitness workout at special times? Are you motivated by the coach and are the exercises instructed? Then you are exactly right here. Together with you, we carry out all exercises in a 1: 1 fitness workout to shape your body and give you a new sense of well-being.

We support you to achieve the set goals together. Our offer ranges from strength training, cardio training, fat loss, body forming, indoor and outdoor units, martial arts and self-defense. THAIBOX KONDITIONSTRAINING

This is a new type of fitness workout in Zug. You train in a small group of max. 12 participants. Various fitness and workout exercises from the martial arts area, with and without aids. In the second part of the training, various training devices are integrated, such as; Sandbags, skipping ropes, snake ropes, equilazers, medicine balls etc. Boxing gloves and punch cushions are also used, but without any obligation to do martial arts and without physical contact. The coach motivates each participant to push himself to the limit and gives everyone a breath in the toughest boot camp in Zug. Our way to get fit will inspire you! Efficient personal training in Zug and in small groups (max. 12 people). Based on your own body and partly with martial arts and boxing elements. Alternating, challenging and intensive interval and strength training in Zug. You are motivated and encouraged by the trainer. Regardless of age, stature, body weight or previous athletic education, everyone does as much as their current physical condition and motivation shows. Strength training in Zug without heavy dumbbells? The Bootcamp in Zug keeps your body fit and shaped without having visited a gym in Zug once. We train in a small group of max. 12 people. During the strength training in Zug everyone is pushed by the coach. When do you face your inner bastard?
